Game four between Waikiki and Milwaukee: Joc Pederson faced Gerrit Cole in the bottom of the 6th inning. The Whale Sharks trailed 2-1 until Big Cock Joc ambushed a fastball from Cole! It was a towering flyball to right-center field chasing both outfielders to the wall, but it left the park scoring Gimenez from first to give the Whale Sharks a 3-2 lead. A day before the hellish extra-innings game, the Kaiju entered the top of the 9th inning tied at 3. Freddie Freeman led the inning off with a double followed by a Locastro strikeout. Devers came to the plate with the go-ahead run on second facing Vatican closer, Paul Sewald, and he lined a single into the left-center field gap! Locastro cuts it off holding Devers to a single, but Freeman scores without a throw!

Hamburg fans would like to forget the game 2 performance from Karinchak. He entered the game with a 2-1 lead in the top of the ninth and immediately gives up a Bryan Reynolds double who would later score on Ryan McMahon's single. Following a wild pitch, McMahon would end up on second as Cedric Mullins steps up to face Karinchak. There is no escaping Cedric and he pulls the inside pitch into right-center! It scores McMahon easily and the Zephyr take the lead 3-2

It's the top of the 7th in Chicago and Kampala's Willson Contreras digs in against Caleb Thielbar with two on and no outs. The game is tied at 7 when Willson cranks one to dead-center field! Springer gives that one a few steps then watches it fly! Urias and Quinn score ahead of Contreras and the Shoebills take a 10-7 lead. More on this game later...

It was Opening Day in Dallas and Kyle Wright was trying to work his way out of trouble in the fifth. He followed up a leadoff single with two Ks, but a two-out single from Pete Alonso brought Yordan Alvarez to the plate. Wright checks the runners and delivers the 1-1 pitch and it's pulled down the line in right field! Renfroe tracks it all the way to the wall, but it's gone giving the Mussels a 4-2 lead!

It was a tough week for Anthony Rizzo to start the season, but he made an impact top 7 of game 4. Facing Reyes Moronta with two on and two away the cleanup hitter sends a drive into right-center field that lands in the third row! That shot erases the lead from Pederson's earlier dong and gives the Bovines a 5-3 lead that they would hold onto to complete the week 1 sweep.

More from Waikiki and it's Buck Farmer entering in the top of the 8th to protect a 2-1 lead. It doesn't go great for him. Austin Slater leads off the inning with a single followed by a another Bovine big fly! This one off the bat of Mike Yastrzemski it scores two, put Milwaukee up 3-2 which was the final score of game 3.

We're back to Chicago in game 4. Contreras put the Shoebills up 10-7 in the seventh - now Kampala is one out away from taking the 10-7 win. That was the plan. Taylor Ward had another idea. With two runners aboard, Giovanny Gallegos tries to put Ward away with a slider that hangs at the knees and it's crushed to left-center field! That ball is outta here - tying the game up at 10!

In the fifth inning of WV-PHP game four Noah Syndergaard had to protect a two-run lead after a pair of failed defense checks by Jeff McNeil. Drew Waters dug in with two outs and the bases loaded and blasts a no-doubter to dead center field! That shot put the Black Bears up 5-3 and West Virginia would hold on to that lead.

It's the top of the ninth in Hamburg and Alexis Diaz is on the mound to close out an 8-5 game. Denver scores one on a Nico Hoerner single which came between a flyout and a strikeout. Now with two outs and a two-run deficit, Nolan Arenado comes to the plate with speed on the basepaths but he embraces Denver's !cc smallball motto and hits a nuke to left field! That ball soars into the Hamburg night sky and some say it still hasn't landed! Diaz is charged with 4 runs and Arenado won Player of the Game for his performance.
